Regan graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2021 with a Masters Degree in Youth Development Leadership.
A three-time All-American, three-time B1G 10 Team, Volleyball Magazine First Team, Senior CLASS Award First Team, and AVCA All-North Region Selection, Regan is a powerhouse both on and off the court.
Regan is a natural leader, magnetic, and engaging. Authentic, through and through, she develops strong, caring relationships with the girls she coaches and mentors them in life as well as in volleyball.
At volleyball camps across the country, Regan shares her personal story with up and coming players - candidly sharing her own successes and challenges and seeing the strengths, value, and talents of all girls. Through thoughtful relationship building, she helps girls build confidence through self-awareness, strength identification, and genuinely seeing each girl with a person-first, athlete-second approach.

Meet Earl. Always by Regan's side and the sweetest, most loving pup on the planet. Earl has been known to shag balls at Regan's lessons, pose for photos and cuddles, and make special appearances at camps.
Besides being exceptionally lovable, Earl works alongside Regan, raising funds for Earl's Helping Paws - a scholarship program supporting youth with financial need by providing grants for camp registration fees.
Jasmyn Martin
Coach
Meet Jasmyn. A Midwest girl from Minnesota, Jasmyn grew up playing basketball before making volleyball her full-time sport. Jasmyn played volleyball at the University of MN and Florida State University, where she graduated with both a bachelor and masters degree of science.
Jasmyn joined Stand Tall Volleyball Academy to show the next generation of young athletes what it means to be a strong and confident woman and that you should always be proud of the amazing things your body and mind can do.
Dylan Franklin

Meet Dylan. Originally from Texas, Dylan played club volleyball for four years at Bishop Dunne High School in Dallas.
He also played two seasons at High Intensity Volleyball and went onto play club volleyball at Saint John’s University in Collegeville, Minnesota.
Dylan is in his 4th year coaching at Minnesota Select and is also a coach at Maple Grove High School.
He is a strong advocate for student athlete mental health and prioritizes a comprehensive, person-first approach.
Jarol Torres

Meet Jarol. From San Pedro, California, Jarol has played volleyball since the age of 10.
He was a captain on his high school varsity team, played for Rockstar Club Volleyball, and was awarded MVP of the 16s team.
He went onto play club volleyball at Saint John's University in Collegeville, Minnesota, where he was awarded all-league selections each of the three years he played.
During collegiate career, he also coached for two years at the College of Saint Benedict.
Jarol currently coaches ages 16+ at MN Select as well as the Wayzata High School boys volleyball program.
He enjoys hiking, camping, playing volleyball, and running with his dog (Kida).
Luke Nelson

Meet Luke. Originally from Plymouth, MN, Luke is currently a senior at Dordt University in Sioux Center, IA where he will complete his degree in Secondary Education - Industrial Technology and Volleyball Coaching in May 2023.
Luke started playing volleyball in 5th grade. He continued to play through High School at NCR, MN Premier, MN Select, Osseo HS, and Wayzata HS.
In college, Luke is a 4-year starting middle blocker, a junior and senior captain, and has received all-conference honors each of his collegiate years.
Luke spent the past two seasons (2021-2022) as a student assistant coach for Dordt University women's volleyball and was previously a student assistant coach at Wayzata High School.
Luke is a powerful middle who is consistently ranked in the Top 10 nationally for blocks and blocks per set. He holds the school record for blocks in a single game as well as blocks in a season. Additionally, he is currently ranked #7 in hitting percentage nationally, with a .316 hitting percentage his junior year.
Monica Pittman

Meet Monica, Regan's mom and STVA's rock.
Monica has a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing and played volleyball and ran track in her early college years.
Monica spent most of her career as the owner of an event staffing agency and now works in the insurance industry.
Monica is often the first point of contact with STVA, responding to emails, answering questions, and scheduling lessons.
Tim Pittman

Meet Tim. Tim is Regan's dad and our numbers guy.
Known around the volleyball world as “Regan’s Dad,” Tim is originally from northern Indiana and has lived in many places across the country, although Kansas is home. Tim has a degree in accounting / finance and currently manages the investment accounting and finance departments at a large privately held life insurance company in addition to other side ventures (e.g., STVA). Tim enjoys hunting and fishing (especially Minnesota walleye) and hopes to slow down a bit to travel and spend more time with family.
